- This pass allows you to have a sneak peak or a dose of the Bookherfit workout experience. A great option for trying and seeing what works best for you. Class options are M/T/Th and occasional Saturdays. Please refer to the calendar for class times and Saturday dates.
I'M ALL IN.
- This pass allows you access to all classes for the entire month ( up to 16 classes). Class options are M/T/Th and occasional Saturdays. Please refer to the calendar for class times and Saturday dates.
I'LL GIVE IT A TRY
- This pass allows you to get a full Bookherfit workout experience in a full week. You will access up to 3 workouts as well as experience an accountability group and some good ole' FUN! I am a mother, wife, doctoral student and full-time employee and I am trying to balance this thing called life. Prior to my roles of “wifey” and “mommy” I was a gym rat. Now trying to get to the gym is a huge struggle and takes up too much of my precious time. So now I lean towards High Intensity Interval Training and Circuit Training that can get the job done in a short period of time.
At BookHer Fit, we teach fundamental movements wit h emphasis on technique, progression, and efficiency. Since we have started, our classes have provided an inspiring welcoming for everybody!
